Head chef ahead


Head chef ahead for head chefs, sous chefs and chefs or the like.

You will learn about methods and theories from LEAN, project management, organization, and implementation. You will learn to break down tasks from strategic ambitions to concrete and measurable actions, so that consistency is achieved between our product, personnel, resources, selection, and sales.

Once you have completed the course, you will be able to build and use the goal management board as a tool to change and optimize daily operations, and you can select relevant metrics and use them actively to involve and motivate the team

The course and all materials are in English.

I’m a skilled chef and also an academy graduate in Management with an MBA from Middlesex University.

I teach economics, spreadsheets and sustainable production, where I can use both my practical experience from the industry and theoretical insight.

 

Practical information

Course days can be completed with virtual or physical participation.

The price per participant for 2 course days is DKK 4.400 excl. VAT.

If a minimum of 10 participants sign up at once, the course can be organized as an AMU course with the possibility of salary reimbursement – contact Uddannelse about this.
