The purpose of this workshop is to improve the participant's ability to ask relevant and in-depth questions during the recruitment process to establish a strong psychological contract with potential employees.

Course content includes:

  • Techniques for asking effective and relevant questions during recruitment interviews.

  • Question types and how to avoid leading questions.

  • Definition and explanation of the psychological contract

Lessons
4 hours face-to-face training.
4 hours online learning with help to put the tools into practice.

Workshop
The workshop can be conducted virtually or physically – individually or collectively. Completion is guaranteed.

If a minimum of 10 participants signs up at once, the course can be designed to be completed as an AMU course with the possibility of salary reimbursement – please contact Gry Asnæs about this.
