The Mandatory Occupational Health and Safety training course

  • How do you create a safe space in your everyday work, also for the younger colleagues?

  • How do you create a safe space to e.g. share experienced violations from guests or others, where they can be handled professionally?

During the Madatory Occupational Health and Safety training course/Lovpligtig arbejdsmiljøuddannelse you will learn to create a better work environment in the framework, which is special for the industry, with a lot of employees, guests, and challenges.

The only industry-specific ‘Occupational Health and Safety’ training course/Lovpligtig arbejdsmiljøuddannelse.

During this course, we will discuss what is at stake in the industry concerning the working environment in companies, whose employees are in motion for large parts of the day, with many employees and guests as an additional factor.

The course is set to be part-time for the legally required 22 hours. The 22 hours are a combination of 4 x 2 hours, involving network-building online teaching, teaching materials on our online platform, and virtual follow-ups and guidance from your supervisor.

    • Risk Assessment (APV) and sick leave

    • Communication and dissemination

    • Workplace tasks with focus on your own company

 

The teacher

Gabriella Nagy og Jens Peter Schytte

Are certified OHS consultants at Konventum. In addition to their certification in the Occupational Health and Safety area, they also solve many teaching tasks within the psychological and physical work environment.

Egill Hauch
To ensure that the course stays relevant to the industry, our lecturer will help supplement the teaching.

 

Practical information

Price
4.700 kr. excl. VAT, but incl. materials, the statutory teaching, follow-up on the individual participant, feedback to HR/management with information on the progress of the course, 4x2 hours of virtual teaching with collection and reflection in the group in relation to the case, etc.

Virtual teaching
The virtual teaching takes place in our virtual learning room. We will send you a link. It only requires that you have a computer and/or a mobile phone with a microphone and camera.

Online
You get a personal login to our online learning system. It is requirement from the authority that approves the course that all online modules are completed.

Virtual follow-up
To ensure that you get through the course and the practical task, we have 2 virtual sessions of 2 hours, where we focus on helping the participant through the course.

Final project - practical assignment

You end the course with a practical assignment - which is about those actions you can apply in your own company in the area of ​​the work environment. The practical task must show how one is able to apply work environment knowledge in practice. One must deal with a work environment issue from one's own workplace by answering 6 task points.

Reading/writing challenged
It is definitely not an issue if you are reading or writing challenged. We have developed special methods, which means, that you can feel safe and comfortable despite any challenges.
