Bertram
I have over 10 years of experience in the service and hospitality industry, where I’ve managed teams with different needs and levels of motivation. This has taught me to adapt my leadership style to foster both well-being and productivity.
I am motivated by helping people succeed together in a fast-paced environment. With a master’s degree in business administration and psychology, I bring both practical experience and a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive effective leadership and teamwork.
